affordable housing with a number of
specialty features.
The single-family home
division designs and constructs unique
styles in patio home, bungalow, and
traditional living architecture. These
homes incorporate character with functional
design.
The commercial
division of Spanjer Homes is involved with tenant finish
and office building construction.
Land
development and entitlement is the
fifth division of Spanjer Homes.
